How we rate providers

Every provider in a category is scored on the same five criteria, each from 0 to 10. The overall score is the average of the five, weighted equally.

• Price at maintenance dose
• Time to first prescription
• Treatments offered
• Cancellation and plan flexibility
• Pharmacy transparency

Commissions and affiliate relationships never change a score. A provider cannot pay to be listed, ranked or rated higher.

We re-check prices and scores when providers change their pricing or plans. Each review shows the date it was last updated.
