Refund and cancellation policy

How billing works

Memberships renew automatically. The monthly plan is $4.95 per month and the yearly plan is $29 per year. You’re charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from your account page with “Manage billing or cancel.” Canceling stops all future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable, including for unused time in a billing period, except where a refund is required by law. Because you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period, canceling before your renewal date is the way to avoid the next charge.

Renewal reminders

Yearly members receive an email reminder before each renewal.

Purchases from providers

Treatments and plans you buy from a listed provider are sold by that provider, not by med-vouchers.com. Refunds and cancellations for those purchases follow the provider’s own policy.
